Yehenara Yulin, a member of the Manchu Blue Bordered Banner, hails from Beijing, China, and currently resides in Houston, Texas, USA.
He is a member of the China Calligraphers Association, a guest professor at the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, a National First-Class Calligrapher in China, an academician at the China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Manchu Studies Committee, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Manchu Calligraphy Study Association, and Vice President of the Xiangxi Wuling Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Additionally, he is a member of the Ethnic Ancient Script Research Association and the Beijing Historical Geography and Folklore Association. He is also the founder of "Auspicious Manchu Cultural Creations" and a direct descendant of the Qing Dynasty’s hereditary First-Class Viscount and the fifth-generation nephew of Empress Dowager Cixi of the Great Qing.
From an early age, Yehenara Yulin has studied various scripts, including Han, Manchu, and Jurchen calligraphy. He is currently the only known practitioner worldwide proficient in Manchu, Jurchen, and Manchu seal script.
Furthermore, Yehenara Yulin is a prolific author, known for works such as A True Account of the Ten Great Noble Families of the Qing Dynasty, A True Account of the Twelve Empresses of the Qing Dynasty, Key Figures in Qing History, and The Maritime Defense Strategies of the Qing Dynasty. He is also a columnist for the widely circulated Reference News, with his published works collectively exceeding one million copies sold.
